We got some sad news today. Our favorite Aunt Veronica lost her little girl Elsie. Elsie had been sick for a little while so although we were sad to hear that she is gone we are happy to hear that she was finally able to pass comfortably and is now taking a lovely eternal cat nap. Elsie had a great life, surrounded by lots of friends, her best buddy Muse, and a wonderful mom that showered her with love and affection. She also got to live in a cool loft downtown with a big window that provided lots of warm sunshine for lazy all days naps (we are very jealous of that).

We should also add that we owe our very existence to Elsie. Our Mom was house sitting, and taking care of Elsie and Muse, when she and our Dad started dating. They loved having cats around and decided they would adopt us when they moved in together. Thanks for that!

So we are eternally grateful to our lovely little friend Elsie and now say our final farewell with sadness in our hearts. Here is a picture of her looking as beautiful as always.
